The project
Our task was to advise and design the spaces and the atmosphere of La Lotterie Nationale’s offices.
Our concept had to encourage exchange and communication between employees and to improve their well-being. As each floor has its own theme and concept, we had to ensure that the same level of well-being was provided for the employees on each floor.
The challenges of this project were to prioritise the use of existing equipment and to optimise the flow of employee movements through the design of the spaces.
The process
Our experts first developed a general concept in the form of a mood board.
They then refined the design of each floor by involving the future occupants in creating the concepts.
After approval by the client, the technical plans were sent to the general contractor for execution.

The result
We have created spaces for La Loterie Nationale that are adapted to their objectives and needs, as well as those of their employees.
The spaces maximise employee well-being and facilitate collaboration, while including natural light and optimising movement.
